How will I know if your product will fit in my home / garden?

For some of our items, we provide floor plans that can be downloaded from individual product pages. Alternatively, assembled product dimensions are located in the specification section of every product page.

What do I do if I want to return my product purchased online?

Please call 0566454542 or email info@atiqliusie.com and state full details of your order (including proof of purchase). You will be provided with a “Return Authorisation” number and a collection will be arranged.

My warranty has expired, but I need a replacement part, can I still order one?

Yes, our spare parts team can provide you with replacement parts. However if they are not covered by warranty there will be an associated fee. Please call 0566454542 for further spare parts information.

Are there any special savings I can benefit from when purchasing through littletikesonline.com?

How long will it take for the funds to come out of my account?

Please allow up to 2 working days for the funds to entirely exit your account.

Can I exchange the product I ordered online for another?

In most circumstances, it is possible to exchange your product for another product available on www.littletikesuae.com. Please call 0566454542 or email info@littletikesuae.com for more information.

I have received a different product to the one I ordered, what shall I do?

Why have I only received part of my order?

Products may be delivered individually on different days depending on availability at the time of order.

Will my product fade or be effected by the natural elements if left outside?

All Little Tikes products are made of hard wearing materials, but even these can be affected by natural elements if exposed for long periods of time. We recommend plastic items are kept covered or sheltered from the sun when not in use to avoid any colour fading. We recommend that wooden items are treated with wood protection at least every 12 months.
